Hendra moving hires Clayton IT to upgrade 3 machines in their office to faster machines with solid state hard drives and to setup and implement Microsoft 365 services to all staff.

I specialize in setting up Microsoft 365 for small business so that small business can have enterprise level features at a reasonable cost. Typical cost is $16 per user per month. This enables all users of the system to have all Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) on their computers and have a sharepoint centre for sharing files, calendars, teams etc.

Email is handled by Microsoft Exchange and includes 50GB of storage and the ability to sync calendars and tasks across devices.

Backup is automatic to the cloud and each user gets 1TB of personal storage.

The Teams app is included which can be used for Video conferencing like the Zoom app.

As part of the setup a clients email system can be linked to their domain so that emails are simple to remember. For example if the clients domain was claytonit.ca, email accounts can be added for each user that reads ian@claytonit.ca , info@claytonit.ca, accounting@claytonit.ca, sales@claytonit.ca etc…
