Rates

Small-Business and Home on-site support and consulting is $120/hour. The charge for the first hour is $140, with a minimum charge of $140 for a service call. After the first hour, services are billed in 15 minute increments not hourly.

Remote assistance is available at $120/hour with a half hour minimum charge.

The first hour includes half hour of travel time from the office in Fairfield Victoria. (15 minutes each way).  After 30 minutes of total time, extra charges are applied at the $120 per hour rate.

Payment

Cash, credit cards, and cheques are acceptable forms of payment.

All Invoices are payable on completion of services.

Availability

I am currently available by appointment Monday through Saturday 8:30am through 3pm.

Service Area

Clayton IT provides on-site service to the entire Capital Regional District. The office is located in Fairfield, Victoria.

Terms of Service

Clayton IT reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee of the first hour, with less than 24 hours notice.
