Clayton IT operates on straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All rates are in Canadian dollars.
Service Rates
- On-site support — $140/hr, $160 first-hour minimum
- Remote support — $140/hr, 30-minute minimum
- After the first hour — billed in 15-minute increments
The first-hour rate for on-site visits includes up to 15 minutes of travel time from Fairfield, Victoria. Travel beyond that is billed at the standard hourly rate.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of services. Cash, cheque, and major credit cards are all accepted.
Availability
Clayton IT is available by appointment Monday through Saturday, 8:30am to 3:00pm. Same-day and next-day appointments are available in most cases.
Service Area
On-site service is available throughout the Capital Regional District. The office is based in Fairfield, Victoria.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the first-hour rate.
